I confirm that a 30‑day referral attribution window applies to all my referral links: any user who clicks my link will be attributed to my account for 30 days, and all valid product orders placed within this period (including repeat purchases) will count toward my monthly sales performance. If no conversion occurs within 30 days, the tracking will expire naturally. I understand that all affiliate commissions are settled only for confirmed delivered orders with no returns or refunds; returned orders will have corresponding commissions deducted immediately, and commissions will become available for withdrawal only after the 30‑day after‑sales period with no disputes. The minimum withdrawal threshold is \$30, and my account balance never expires, available for withdrawal or purchase discount at any time, provided I log in at least once within any 24‑month period; otherwise dormant balances may be subject to administrative fees or donation to charity after notice. My monthly sales will be reset on the 1st day of each month, and my commission tier will be re‑determined based on valid monthly data. I agree not to engage in fraudulent orders, malicious returns, spam traffic or malicious promotion; violations will result in account freezing and performance clearing. I confirm that the platform does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and such data will be deleted immediately if found.
I voluntarily agree that these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore. I acknowledge that within the scope permitted by law, the platform reserves the right to interpret these terms reasonably and in good faith, and to make operational adjustments as needed, provided such changes do not materially prejudice rights already accrued to users.

I agree that all prices on this platform are in USD, and all information I provide for my order is true, accurate and complete. I acknowledge the 30‑day peace‑of‑mind guarantee starting from the date of delivery; products may be eligible for after‑sale support if returned in original new condition with intact packaging and unaffected resale value, and return shipping costs are borne by me.
I understand orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days, with delivery taking 5–12 business days depending on region; delays caused by holidays, peak seasons, weather or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control are not the platform’s responsibility, and the platform does not disclose specific shipping origins. I confirm that 1‑on‑1 personalized readings are non‑refundable after delivery, and donations are voluntary and non‑refundable.
I acknowledge that single orders of 99 USD (fair market value for personalized spiritual guidance services). This complimentary reading requires active request, is valid for 90 days from the order date, and will be automatically invalidated if the order is returned before the reading is delivered. The reading is delivered exclusively via email to the registered email address within 24 hours of order confirmation or my active request (whichever is later), and "delivery" is deemed complete upon the email system showing "sent" status with timestamp, my downloading/opening the reading (if tracked), or 48 hours passing from send time without bounce-back notification. I am responsible for maintaining an accurate email address and checking spam/junk folders, and any non-receipt claims must be made within 7 days of expected delivery, otherwise delivery is deemed confirmed. I agree that if the reading has been delivered as defined above, its corresponding 79, the net refund will be \$0 (meaning no cash refund will be issued), and I may choose to either retain the product or return it at my own expense without compensation. The platform reserves the right to delay reading delivery for high-risk orders (including new accounts, regions with historically high payment dispute rates, abnormal order patterns) until the product has shipped to prevent systemic abuse of the complimentary service program.
I confirm that all crystal descriptions are cultural metaphors, spiritual symbols and emotional companionship statements only, not medical claims, therapeutic effects or functional promises. Purchasing is completely voluntary without inducement, coercion or bundling. I confirm the platform does not sell the personal information of California residents in compliance with CCPA/CPRA. I understand that my valid product purchases may contribute to the sales performance of the referring affiliate who shared the link I clicked, in accordance with the 30‑day referral attribution rule and tiered commission policy.
