I acknowledge that the platform strictly protects personal privacy, and all data I share is used solely for account management, order processing, reading services, benefit distribution and security purposes; we will never illegally disclose, sell or use my data for unrelated activities. I understand that I automatically become a standard affiliate upon registration, with my commission tier dynamically adjusted based on my monthly valid product sales (excluding shipping, donations and fees):
Tier 1: < 500 monthly sales → 5% commission rate
Tier 2: ≥ 500 monthly sales → 8% commission rate
Tier 3: ≥ 1,500 monthly sales → 10% commission rate
Tier 4: ≥ 5,000 monthly sales → 12% commission rate
I confirm that a 30‑day referral attribution window applies to all my referral links: any user who clicks my link will be attributed to my account for 30 days, and all valid product orders placed within this period (including repeat purchases) will count toward my monthly sales performance. If no conversion occurs within 30 days, the tracking will expire naturally. I understand that all affiliate commissions are settled only for confirmed delivered orders with no returns or refunds; returned orders will have corresponding commissions deducted immediately, and commissions will become available for withdrawal only after the 30‑day after‑sales period with no disputes. The minimum withdrawal threshold is \$30, and my account balance never expires, available for withdrawal or purchase discount at any time, provided I log in at least once within any 24‑month period; otherwise dormant balances may be subject to administrative fees or donation to charity after notice. My monthly sales will be reset on the 1st day of each month, and my commission tier will be re‑determined based on valid monthly data. I agree not to engage in fraudulent orders, malicious returns, spam traffic or malicious promotion; violations will result in account freezing and performance clearing. I confirm that the platform does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and such data will be deleted immediately if found.
I voluntarily agree that these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore. I acknowledge that within the scope permitted by law, the platform reserves the right to interpret these terms reasonably and in good faith, and to make operational adjustments as needed, provided such changes do not materially prejudice rights already accrued to users.
