My monthly sales will be reset on the 1st day of each month, and my commission tier will be re‑determined based on valid monthly data. I agree not to engage in fraudulent orders, malicious returns, spam traffic or malicious promotion; violations will result in account freezing and performance clearing. I confirm that the platform does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and such data will be deleted immediately if found.
I voluntarily agree that these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
