Registration Agreement

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, and I have carefully read, fully understood, and agreed to the Registration Agreement, Privacy & Cookie Policy, and Partner Program Rules. I understand this is a warm space dedicated to self-exploration, gentle guidance, and mutual growth, and all terms are designed to protect every genuine user and maintain a safe, respectful, and loving community environment. I confirm that all information I provide is true, accurate, and complete, and I agree that all transactions on this platform are denominated in USD.

I acknowledge that the platform strictly protects personal privacy, and all data I share is used for account management, order processing, reading services, benefit distribution, security purposes, and other purposes described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy. We will never disclose, sell, or use my data for unrelated activities.

I understand that I automatically become a standard affiliate upon registration, with a lifetime commission tier based on cumulative qualified commission: under USD 1,000 lifetime qualified commission → 6%; USD 1,000 or more → permanently 8%. Tiers only go up, never down. There is no monthly reset.

I confirm that a 30-day last eligible click attribution window applies to all my referral links: any user who clicks my link will be attributed to my account for 30 days, and all valid product orders placed within this period (including repeat purchases) will count as my referrals. If no conversion occurs within 30 days, the tracking will expire naturally.

I understand that all affiliate commissions are settled only for orders 50 days after the order date with no returns, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks; returned orders will have corresponding commissions deducted immediately, and commissions will become available for withdrawal only after this 50-day period with no disputes. The minimum withdrawal threshold is USD 50, processed in T+3 business days, free of charge. My account balance never expires. Withdrawals are available once the balance reaches the minimum threshold of USD 50.

I agree not to engage in fraudulent orders, malicious returns, spam traffic, self-purchase arbitrage, or malicious promotion. Violations may result in account restriction, commission forfeiture, or permanent termination from the Partner Program, depending on severity. I confirm that the platform does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and such data will be deleted immediately if found.

I voluntarily agree that these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction. EU and UK users retain their statutory consumer protection rights.

I acknowledge that within the scope permitted by law, the platform reserves the right to interpret these terms reasonably and in good faith, and to make operational adjustments as needed, provided such changes do not materially prejudice rights already accrued to users.

Material changes to these Terms will be posted on our website 14 days in advance.

Purchase Agreement

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, and I have carefully read, fully understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service, Purchase & Refund Policy, and Digital Reading Terms. I agree that all prices on this platform are in USD, and all information I provide for my order is true, accurate, and complete.

I acknowledge the 30-day voluntary return policy starting from the date of delivery. Products may be eligible for after-sales support if returned in original new condition with intact packaging and unaffected resale value. Return shipping costs are borne by me, unless the item has a production quality issue (with valid evidence), in which case the platform covers return shipping. EU/EEA users also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

I understand orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days, with delivery taking 5–12 business days depending on region. Delays caused by holidays, peak seasons, weather, customs, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control are not the platform's responsibility. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

I confirm that all crystal descriptions are cultural metaphors, spiritual symbols, and emotional companionship statements only, not medical claims, therapeutic effects, or functional promises. Purchasing is completely voluntary without inducement, coercion, or bundling.

I understand that a single order with a Paid Amount of USD 79 or more unlocks a complimentary deep birth chart reading benefit with a stated value of USD 99. This benefit requires an active request, is valid for 30 days from the order delivery date, and will be automatically invalidated if the order is returned before the reading is delivered.

I understand that the reading is delivered via email to the email address I provide. The platform aims to generate and send the reading within 48 hours after receiving complete information. Delivery is deemed complete once the platform has successfully sent the reading and received delivery confirmation from its email service provider. I am responsible for maintaining an accurate email address and checking spam/junk folders. If I cannot read the email due to an incorrect address, full inbox, spam filtering, or my email provider's restrictions, this does not mean the platform failed to send it.

I understand that if the reading has been generated and delivered, and I later return the physical item, the refund will deduct USD 99 as the consideration for the Digital Reading Benefit with a stated value of USD 99, in accordance with applicable law and the digital service consent confirmed at checkout. If the item price is USD 99 or less, the final refundable amount is USD 0.

I confirm the platform does not sell the personal information of California residents in compliance with CCPA/CPRA. I understand that my valid product purchases may contribute to the sales performance of the referring affiliate who shared the link I clicked, in accordance with the 30-day referral attribution rule and commission policy.

I voluntarily agree that these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform's operating entity is established.
