The free tools on this site are meant to stay free. Our Terms of Service explain the rules for everyone who uses AetherFate—whether you’re here to try a reading or to buy a crystal. Both matter to us.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing, registering for, purchasing from, or otherwise using AetherFate. For matters requiring explicit user consent under applicable law, we will obtain your consent through appropriate means. Where applicable law permits continued use to constitute acceptance, such effect is governed by applicable law.
1. Governing Law and Eligibility
1.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform’s operating entity is established. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction, including applicable rights in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
1.2 Eligibility and age requirements are detailed in Section 2 of the Privacy Policy.
1.3 You confirm that your registration information is true and valid. You may not create fake, bulk, or arbitrage accounts. You may not rent, lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow another person to use your account. We may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
2. Account and Personal Information
Your personal information is used only for account management, order processing, security risk control, and service delivery, and will not be sold, leaked, or spread unlawfully. You should provide true and valid information. If errors or false information cause service, shipping, or benefit issues, the platform is not responsible for reissuing or compensating. You may modify and edit your profile in your account center at any time.
3. Affiliate Program and Commissions
Registering an account automatically enables free affiliate access. For commission tiers, settlement, withdrawal, attribution, and exit rules, see the Partner Program.
4. Ordering, Shipping, and Product Description
4.1 All prices are in USD. All orders ship free. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days.
4.2 Crystal items are decorative companion accessories. Materials include natural, optimized, and man-made stones. Descriptions are symbolic only, with no medical effects, no prediction of fate, and no substitute for professional advice. Small parts pose a choking risk—keep away from children.
4.3 A 30-day after-sales policy applies from the date of delivery. Items must be intact and resalable for returns. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. EU users have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after verification.
4.4 Orders with a Paid Amount of USD 79 or more receive a Digital Reading Benefit. One claim per qualifying order. It may be used for yourself or for a family member, partner, or child. 5. Chart, Astrology-Integrated Tarot, and Free Tools
5.1 Basic and professional chart readings, astrology-integrated tarot, ancient text readings, and other free tools are entertainment features available to all users. Basic chart reading requires no account; professional chart reading, astrology-integrated tarot, and ancient text readings require a free account. No purchase is required to use the free tools. Content is for self-exploration, emotional support, and cultural interest only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or major life decision advice. The deep personalized report included with orders is a separate digital value-added service.
5.2 By submitting birth information, you confirm that you have the right to provide it to the platform and have obtained necessary authorization or have another lawful basis. You are responsible for any consequences of submitting unauthorized third-party personal information.
5.3 All reading content is copyrighted by AetherFate. Scraping, bulk copying, and commercial distribution are prohibited.
5.4 We apply reasonable access limits to protect system stability.
6. Intellectual Property and User Content
6.1 All text, images, interfaces, architecture, content systems, reading systems, and brand identifiers are copyrighted by AetherFate. Unauthorized copying, modification, mirroring, or commercial distribution is prohibited.
6.2 By publishing brand-tagged public content, you grant the platform a non-commercial, editable, displayable promotional license. You may email us at any time to stop use.
6.3 You may email support@aetherfate.com to revoke authorization for published content. We will stop using it within a reasonable period after receiving your request.
7. Community and User Conduct
When using community features, comment sections, or review features, you may not post illegal, infringing, hateful, false, or spam content. The platform may remove violating content and restrict related account functions.
We want this to be a place where people treat each other gently. That’s the only rule that really matters.
8. Disclaimer and Updates
8.1 All content is for reference only. Users are responsible for their own decisions.
8.2 We are exempt from liability within the scope permitted by law for delays caused by force majeure, server maintenance, or third-party payment or logistics issues.
8.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to the platform.
8.4 Material revisions to these Terms will be posted 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new version.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining parts remain fully valid.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Purchase & Refund Policy, and Digital Reading Terms, constitute the entire agreement between the user and the platform, superseding all prior oral or written communications.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction. EU and UK users retain their statutory consumer protection rights.
EU consumers may seek assistance through applicable consumer dispute resolution bodies or other statutory dispute resolution channels in their jurisdiction.
10. Email Subscription
You may voluntarily opt in to AetherFate marketing emails during registration or checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and does not affect transactional emails such as order and shipping notifications.
